Get the right forms, the first time, from New Business Wizard. This tool on your agent website will help you identify and access appropriate forms for new business cases. With a few clicks of your mouse, retrieve the forms that you need to submit, whether the case is basic or complex. By using the New Business Wizard you will spend less time searching for forms, access the most current version and submit all the correct forms the first time. This helpful tool can be accessed from the main menu on your agent website under Doing Business > New Business Wizard.

Document Gateway
Are you scanning and imaging forms today as part of your business process? If so, then the Document Gateway is for you. Document Gateway is a tool designed to facilitate quick and easy transmission of completed forms from the field to the Home Office. It enables you to upload a scanned image of a document directly to our workflow system, and serves as an alternative to faxing or mailing forms. The tool can be used to transmit completed applications and other new business forms, as well as inforce service forms--anything that you might otherwise fax. The Document Gateway can be accessed from the main menu on your agent website under Doing Business > Document Gateway.
